Today I was working on some coloring for class (yes, interior design does sometimes take me back to the "good ol' days" of kindergarten) and I was using the wonderful Chartpak markers. If any of you have ever used those, you know how great the smell is. My roommate comes into my room and says "smells like a project" and I had a great epiphany...
I know you're on the edge of your seat...but first we are going to explore what creative majors do (i.e. graphic design, interior design, art, etc.)
- spray paint
- draw (with lead)
- sculpt (clay)
- use lots of glue
- Chartpak markers
so what do all of these supplies have in common...? TOXIC FUMES!!!! so are you ready for my epiphany?
ALL ARTISTS ARE CRAZY BECAUSE THEY (WE) DEAL WITH TOXIC FUMES ALL DAY!!!!
we don't start off crazy, but after hours of coloring and sniffing markers, spray painting, and using the infamous E-6000 (which, by the way, you will be carded when you buy), it's no wonder we are all insane!
